Below we have described step by step how to settle your tax at Lakotta B.V.
1. Prepare your documents:
Annual statement from employers, annual UWV statement, annual statement of your mortgage, when purchasing or selling real estate - specification of costs incurred, invoices for unreimbursed medical costs, in case of employment in Poland - PIT declarations, other ... Save the documents in a .pdf file or .jpg
2. Complete the form:
On the website www.lakotta.nl you will find declarations.
3. Pay the invoice:
After receiving your form and the necessary attachments, we will verify all information and send an invoice for the selected services. If anything is unclear, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail. You can pay the invoice online (iDeal) or by traditional transfer.
4. Download your tax return document:
After receiving your invoice payment, we will process your declaration immediately. Everyone who uses our services will receive a copy of the submitted tax return at the e-mail address provided. You will also receive login details for the portal, where you can download your tax return at any time.
5. Wait for your refund:
The processing time for your tax return varies from three to twelve months. After this period, you will receive a refund to your bank account previously registered with the Tax Authorities or feedback about your declaration. If you receive correspondence from the Tax Authorities about the tax return you have submitted, you can always count on our support.
P.S. In the case of non-registered persons, it is necessary to submit the so-called income declaration in addition to your tax return. You will receive the completed form from us, you just have to make sure that it is signed by an official of the Polish (another EU-country) Tax Authorities who will confirm the compliance of the document. We can also complete all related formalities for you, but this is an additional paid service.
